Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive based in Chennai. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing reception duties, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. They will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience and assisting in inquiries or resolving concerns efficiently. Additionally, the role requires maintaining office organization and supporting internal teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in reception and front office duties, including visitor management and appointment scheduling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor
- Customer service experience with the ability to address inquiries and ensure visitor satisfaction
- Organizational and multitasking abilities for efficient front office operations
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Previous experience in a similar role and a diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration, hospitality, or a related field is a plus
