What you’ll do
- Greet clients, guests, and visitors in a professional manner and assist them with their inquiries or direct them to appropriate departments.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
- Ensure all correspondence, whether through email, phone, or in-person, is handled professionally and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and databases for quick retrieval of information.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including managing incoming mail, arranging couriers, and assisting with office events or functions.

Experience & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a Client-facing role in healthcare, hospitality, or wellness industries.
