Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner during check-in and check-out
- Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest requests efficiently
- Maintain accurate guest records and payment details in the PMS system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Respond promptly to guest queries, complaints, and service requests
- Ensure smooth communication between departments for operational efficiency
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
- Assist guests with local information, travel assistance, and hotel services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
- Follow company SOPs, billing procedures, and cash handling policies
- Upsell rooms and hotel services wherever applicable
- Ensure guest satisfaction and deliver a positive stay experience
Requirements
- Graduate or diploma holder in Hospitality or related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in hotel front office operations preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of PMS software and MS Office
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Guest-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities
