Role Description
The Front Office Executive is a full-time on-site role based at Lake n River Resort Munroe Island in Kollam, Kerala. This role involves managing front desk operations, welcoming and assisting guests, handling inquiries, and addressing customer needs to ensure seamless resort experiences. Additional responsibilities include coordinating reservations, maintaining guest records, and supporting administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a positive rapport with guests.
- Experience with front office and receptionist duties, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and handling bookings.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Customer service expertise to handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance satisfaction.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with front office systems and practices.
- A professional and friendly demeanor with a focus on hospitality.
