Role Description The Front Office Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at Kyzen Hotel in Hyderabad. This role involves managing reception desk operations, greeting guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and answering phone calls and inquiries. The Front Office Executive will coordinate room assignments, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records. Daily responsibilities include providing prompt and courteous customer service, resolving guest issues, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations. The role also requires maintaining a professional front office environment and upholding the hotel’s standards of hospitality.

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties experience, including managing check-in/check-out and handling reservations.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service abilities to address guest needs and resolve concerns effectively.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Front Office procedures and basic hotel management systems.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in the hospitality industry, basic computer proficiency, the ability to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays), and a high school diploma or higher education in hospitality or a related field.
