Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive at KIMS Alshifa Super Specialty Hospital located in Eranad. The Front Office Executive will handle receptionist duties such as welcoming patients and visitors, managing appointments, and coordinating front desk activities. Additionally, the role requires providing exceptional customer service, addressing patient queries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments and stakeholders. Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times and contributing to operational efficiency will be integral tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with patients, visitors, and staff
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, such as appointment scheduling and record management
- Outstanding Communication skills for clear and professional interaction
- Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service to ensure patient satisfaction
- Knowledge and experience in Front Office operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and office software
- Fluency in Malayalam and English; additional language proficiency is an advantage
- Previous healthcare or hospital experience is preferred but not mandatory
