Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sarjapur for a Front Office Executive. Daily responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating with internal teams, handling correspondence, and maintaining the front desk area. Additionally, the Front Office Executive will ensure smooth administrative operations, handle inquiries professionally, and support the office team with organizational tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Front Office Management, including handling phone systems, scheduling, and visitor management
- Strong Administrative Skills: Organization, time management, and coordination
- Customer Service and Communication Skills: Polite and professional interactions with guests and stakeholders
- Basic Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, and office software
- Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is advantageous
- High school diploma or higher; additional certifications in office management or related fields are a plus
