We are looking for a professional and customer‑focused
Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations and create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue badges, and coordinate with security.
- Handle courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assist with meeting room scheduling and coordination.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for facility‑related needs.
