Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Hyderabad. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day receptionist duties, overseeing front office operations, delivering excellent customer service, and serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Additional responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, answering inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing calls, schedules, and visitor interactions
- Exceptional Customer Service capabilities and professional demeanor
- Experience in managing Front Office operations efficiently
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general technological aptitude is a plus
- Any prior experience in administrative or customer-facing roles is advantageous
