Role Description The Front Office Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Giovanni Village Resort & Spa in Bhopal. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations, and responding to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email. Daily tasks include coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, maintaining accurate guest records, managing billing and payments, and ensuring the front desk area is organized and presentable. The Front Office Executive also assists with guest requests, provides information about resort facilities and local attractions, and resolves issues in a timely, professional manner. The role requires adherence to resort policies, consistent use of property management systems, and a strong focus on delivering courteous, efficient guest service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess receptionist duties experience, including managing check-ins/outs, reservations, and front desk operations.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for face-to-face, phone, and written interactions.
- Candidates should possess front office skills, including use of property management or reservation systems and basic administrative tasks.
- Relevant hospitality or front office experience in resorts, hotels, or similar settings is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per operational requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
- Basic proficiency with computers and office software; familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Working knowledge of English and Hindi; additional languages are an added advantage.
