Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive located at our Khairatabad branch. The Front Office Executive will handle day-to-day receptionist duties, manage visitor interactions, and ensure smooth front desk operations. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting clients, managing appointments, handling phone calls, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries. The role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Experience in receptionist duties, including managing a front desk and maintaining professional service standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability in customer service to address client needs and foster a welcoming environment.
- Proficiency in handling front office operations and tools with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with health diagnostics or medical services is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in hospitality, administration, or a related field is desirable.
