Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Front Office Executive, based in Kochi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The primary responsibilities include managing receptionist duties, handling customer inquiries, coordinating front office activities, and providing outstanding customer service. The role involves interacting with guests, resolving concerns, and maintaining seamless operations to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience with Receptionist Duties and Front Office operations
- Customer Service expertise with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve efficiently
- Basic knowledge of hospitality management or related fields is a plus
- Proficiency in office systems and tools, including reservation software and standard communication tools
