Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Front Desk Officer with 2–5 years of relevant experience to manage front office operations efficiently and ensure a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Handle and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries appropriately
- Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and front desk registers
- Coordinate meeting rooms, calendars, and visitor passes
- Manage courier, dispatch, and inward/outward documentation
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and administrative teams
- Provide administrative and basic HR support as required
- Handle queries and resolve front desk-related issues efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in a front desk / front office / receptionist role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
- Good multitasking and time-management skills
