Role SummaryDigital Nest is looking for a well-groomed and presentable Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.
The ideal candidate should be organized, approachable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Front Desk Management
• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates professionally
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
• Maintain a clean and presentable reception area
2. Communication & Coordination
• Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate departments
• Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and appointments
• Handle basic queries and provide accurate information
3. Scheduling & Appointments
• Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
• Coordinate interviews and visitor appointments
• Ensure smooth daily front office operations
4. Administrative Support
• Maintain visitor records and courier logs
• Handle documentation and filing tasks
• Assist with day-to-day administrative activities
5. Office Etiquette & Presentation
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming
• Be polite, helpful, and positive
• Uphold company image at the front desk
