Role Description The Front Office Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanayannur. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk operation. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, handling inquiries, coordinating reservations, and assisting guests with information and requests. The Front Office Associate maintains accurate records, manages payments, and collaborates with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience. The role also involves resolving guest issues professionally, upholding hotel standards, and presenting a courteous and polished demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with Check-in procedures and basic front desk operations.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using hotel management or reservation systems and basic computer applications.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess a professional appearance, reliability, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality-related certification or experience in hotels is an advantage.
