Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate at The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), located in Ooty. The responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. The Front Office Associate will also answer phone calls, provide information, and assist guests with their needs to uphold IHCL’s renowned standards of customer service excellence.
Qualifications
- 1-2 Years of Post Experience in the Front Office
- Skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist-related duties
- Proficient in Check-in processes and efficient guest registration practices
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor
- Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer literacy, including MS Office
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is Required
