Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate at Ramada By Wyndham Gangtok Hotel & Casino Golden, located in Gangtok. Responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls with professionalism and efficiency, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly. The associate will assist with reservations, coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and handling Check-in processes
  • Exceptional Communication abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage
