Role Description
The Front Office Associate is responsible for managing daily front desk operations in a professional and welcoming manner at our Ahmedabad location. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves greeting and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling phone inquiries, and addressing guest requests with exceptional customer service. The Front Office Associate is a key part of the guest experience, ensuring satisfaction and contributing to a seamless stay.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and managing inquiries
- Experience with Check-in processes and guest registration
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems or related software is a plus
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
