Role Description
The Front Office Associate, based on-site in Bengaluru, is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional front desk services and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Key responsibilities include assisting with check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, managing room assignments, and maintaining clear and professional communication with guests. The role also entails performing receptionist duties, addressing guest concerns promptly, and delivering outstanding customer service to uphold Marriott’s service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Experience in Check-in procedures and front desk operations
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving approach
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are advantageous
