Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate, located at Hotel Centre Point in Navi Mumbai. The Front Office Associate is responsible for managing reception desk operations, assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, answering phone queries with professional etiquette, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves communicating effectively to address guest inquiries, ensure satisfaction, and support the seamless functioning of front office tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Receptionist Duties and Check-in operations
- Proficient in Customer Service and capable of addressing guest queries and concerns
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette and verbal Communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in using front office management software is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality are a plus
