Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Front Office Associate. The role involves managing reception duties, assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, answering and directing phone calls, and providing outstanding customer service. The Front Office Associate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive and professional guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining exceptional guest relations
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including handling front desk operations and processes
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Competence in managing Check-in and check-out procedures seamlessly
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and managing guest inquiries professionally
- Ability to work amicably in a team and perform under pressure
- Knowledge of hospitality management systems is a plus
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
