Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate, based in Betalbatim. The Front Office Associate will handle essential daily operations, including greeting and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, and addressing customer inquiries. The role also includes ensuring smooth communication between departments and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties
- Excellent Customer Service and expertise in managing Check-in processes
- Effective Communication skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using office software or hotel booking systems is preferred
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- A friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
