Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate, based in Betalbatim. The individual in this role will handle daily front office operations, including greeting and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and handling phone correspondence. Additionally, the Front Office Associate will ensure a smooth guest experience by providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns as needed. Collaboration with other departments to maintain high operational standards will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Customer Service and Check-in coordination skills
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
- Proficiency in using front office software or reservation systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
