Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Front Office Associate to join our team in South Delhi location. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hospitality, strong communication skills, and a guest-first attitude to ensure a seamless and memorable stay experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain front desk records, billing, and payment processing.
- Ensure the lobby and reception area remain organised and welcoming.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in front office or guest relations (hospitality preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of hotel booking systems / PMS is an advantage.
- Professional appearance with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage a 10-hour shift schedule.
