Role Description The Front Office Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based at our Kumbhalgarh property. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a smooth front desk experience. Daily tasks include handling incoming calls, responding to guest inquiries, coordinating reservations, and scheduling appointments or bookings as needed. The Front Office Assistant maintains guest records, supports administrative and clerical activities, and collaborates with other departments to address guest requests promptly. The role requires consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong focus on delivering courteous, efficient service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette for handling calls, guest queries, and follow-ups.
- Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling capabilities to manage reservations, meetings, and guest appointments.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for maintaining records, documentation, and front office operations.
- Relevant experience in front office or customer-facing roles in hospitality or service industries is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and local languages; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management or reservation systems is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related certification or degree is an added advantage.
