Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Assistant at our Kumbhalgarh location. The Front Office Assistant will manage the day-to-day operations at the reception desk, including welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, scheduling appointments, and managing guest inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining appointment records, providing high-standard customer support, and ensuring smooth communication between front desk operations and other departments.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and demonstrate problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and professional presentation
- Prior experience in hospitality or front office roles is an advantage
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with front office software systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality management are a plus
