Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Assistant located in Delhi, India. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for managing front desk activities, phone communications, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative and clerical support. They will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth office operations on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Phone Etiquette to manage interactions professionally
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Administrative Assistance tasks
- Demonstrated expertise in Clerical Skills, including record keeping and data entry
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer and office software (e.g., MS Office)
- Prior experience in customer service or a front office role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
