Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Assistant located in the Greater Raipur Area. The Front Office Assistant will handle a variety of day-to-day tasks, including greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone calls professionally, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized front office area, managing clerical tasks, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette
- Experience in appointment scheduling and administrative assistance
- Proficiency in clerical skills such as filing, data entry, and record management
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management or related fields are a plus
