Role Overview
The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests and plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience. This role requires strong communication, operational efficiency, and a guest-first mindset aligned with Nivara Stays’ standards.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Ensure a smooth and comfortable stay experience
Front Desk Operations
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and room allocations
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and bookings
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collections
Communication & Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams (housekeeping, maintenance, management)
- Communicate guest requirements effectively across departments
- Ensure shift handovers are smooth and documented
Revenue & Sales Support
- Upsell rooms, early check-ins, late check-outs, and services
- Maximize occupancy through efficient room allocation
- Support corporate bookings and repeat guest management
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
- Maintain guest records as per legal and audit requirements
- Follow safety and security protocols
Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic computer skills (PMS, MS Office, billing systems)
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail and professional grooming
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in front office / customer service
- Freshers with strong communication skills can be considered
