Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Assistant located in Mangaluru. The Front Office Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general office support. Additional responsibilities include welcoming visitors, maintaining organized office operations, and ensuring a professional and efficient front office environment. The individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients and staff, ensuring a positive and professional image of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and professional Phone Etiquette
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Administrative Assistance
- Demonstrated ability in performing Clerical Tasks effectively
- Good organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Experience with office software and equipment, such as MS Office and phone systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is preferred
