Role Description
The Front Office and HR Assistant role at FT is a full-time, on-site position based in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The role involves managing daily front office operations such as greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth office administration. Additionally, the assistant will manage HR-related tasks such as assisting in recruitment processes, maintaining employee data using HRIS, organizing training programs, and supporting employee benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
- Experience with Odoo Invoice, Data Migration and Invoices.
- Ability to organize the attendness and salary data
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with office management systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in front office or administrative roles is a plus
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and multitask in a fast-paced environment
