Role Description
The Front of House Manager is a full-time and on-site position based in Bengaluru. Kana is a casual dining cafe for elevated brunch and coffee located in Hennur Bangalore. In this role, the manager will oversee daily café operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include managing a team, developing and implementing staff training, addressing customer needs, optimizing sales, and ensuring food and beverage service excellence. The role also involves managing schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and contributing to the café's overall performance and growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers
- Proficiency in Customer Service and handling guest relations to ensure a positive customer experience
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations, including familiarity with managing café or restaurant settings
- Ability to Train and mentor team members to ensure skill development and consistent service quality
- Basic knowledge of Sales techniques to optimize business performance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage a team and create a collaborative workplace
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry or managing similar roles is a plus
