Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Line Sales Officer, based in Howrah. The Front Line Sales Officer will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include executing sales operations, collaborating with channel sales partners, and ensuring seamless service to meet sales targets. The role requires the ability to drive results and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and attract potential customers
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively present solutions and articulate value propositions
- Experience in Sales Operations and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with Channel Sales and working effectively with partners to drive business growth
- Goal-oriented mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous sales experience in the insurance sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred
