Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Line Sales Executive based in Bihar. As a Front Line Sales Executive, your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, promoting and selling the company’s insurance products, and achieving monthly and yearly sales targets. Additionally, you will demonstrate strong customer service by addressing client inquiries, developing long-term relationships with customers, and maintaining a thorough understanding of the company’s product offerings to tailor recommendations to individual needs. You will play a key role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through your dedication and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively close deals
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients
- Ability to analyze financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Basic understanding of financial products like Protection, Savings, Retirement, and Health plans
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and tasks
- Customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service
- Proficiency in local language(s) of Bihar and basic fluency in English
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred; experience in life insurance sales or related field is an advantage
