Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Line Manager based in Hyderabad. The Front Line Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and motivating a team, coordinating tasks to meet operational targets and ensuring team performance aligns with company standards. Additionally, the role involves training team members, fostering clear communication and ensuring that company values and objectives are upheld in daily activities.
Qualifications
- Strong People Management and Team Management skills to lead and guide a team effectively
- Proficiency in Operations Management to streamline processes and achieve organizational goals
- Exceptional Communication skills to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts effectively
- Experience in Training team members to ensure skill development and growth
- Proven ability to manage and monitor performance, set a clear goals and ensure adherence to company standards
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage
