Our Products
Stupa Cast: An AI-powered tracking and analytic platform that generates real-time stats, player profiles, and performance trends merged with live 3D graphic visuals for broadcast or streaming (TV or OTT). It creates stunning visuals that help fans understand the game’s depth in an engaging way. Used at flagship events and major leagues across various sports, Stupa Cast also powers automated video highlights generation directly from broadcast feeds, without on-site presence.
Stupa Events: An end-to-end league management platform already used by several federations and leagues across the globe. It integrates player and team management, OTT, ranking and rating systems, live scoring, streaming, and more, all under one white-labeled ecosystem. Over time, the platform builds rich data intelligence, enabling insights such as head-to-head stats, performance trends, predictions, and player dashboards for broadcast and digital storytelling.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Frontend Technical Lead with 6–7 years of experience in building modern, scalable, and user-focused web applications. This role requires a hands-on leader who actively contributes to development while guiding and mentoring the frontend team.
You will play a key role in shaping the frontend architecture of our SaaS platform, ensuring high performance, usability, and long-term maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Frontend Architecture & Technical Leadership
• Own and evolve frontend architecture for a SaaS-based product.
• Define coding standards, UI guidelines, and best practices.
• Drive technical decisions for scalability, performance, and security.
• Lead technical discussions and design reviews.
2. Hands-On Development
• Actively design, develop, and maintain production-level frontend code.
• Build reusable components and design systems.
• Implement complex workflows, dashboards, and admin panels.
• Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and accessibility.
3. Team Guidance & Mentorship
• Mentor frontend developers and support their technical growth.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Support sprint planning and task breakdown.
• Encourage a culture of quality and accountability.
4. SaaS UI & Platform Ownership
• Design and build multi-tenant user interfaces.
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) on the frontend.
• Develop subscription, onboarding, and configuration flows.
• Ensure consistent experience across customers/tenants.
5. Collaboration & Delivery
• Work closely with Backend, Product, and Design teams.
• Translate business requirements into high-quality UI solutions.
• Ensure timely and stable feature delivery.
• Support live releases and hotfixes when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
• 6–7 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong expertise in: JavaScript / TypeScript, React.js (preferred) / Angular / Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design
• Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture.
• Experience with: State management (Redux, Zustand, Context, Vuex, etc.), Component-driven development, REST / GraphQL API integration
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization and browser behavior.
SaaS & Platform Experience
• Experience building and maintaining SaaS products.
• Understanding of: Multi-tenant UI design, Role-based permissions, Admin dashboards, Self-service portals
• Experience with analytics and user behavior tracking.
Quality & Testing
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience maintaining high code coverage and quality standards.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Leadership & Soft Skills
• Experience leading or mentoring frontend teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership duties.
• Problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude.
Nice-to-Have
• Experience with Micro-frontends
• Knowledge of Web Accessibility (WCAG)
• Experience with PWA
• Exposure to OTT / live streaming platforms
• Familiarity with design systems (Material UI, AntD, Tailwind, etc.)
