Job Description – Full Stack Developer (React)
Location: Bangalore | Chennai | Pune | Mumbai
Work Mode: Hybrid
Job Summary
We are seeking talented Full Stack Developers with strong expertise in React to build high-quality, modern web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing responsive and dynamic user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to scalable and high-performance digital solutions within an Agile development environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to build seamless and dynamic user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with strong focus on performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development and user experience technologies.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality products.
• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Shift-Left testing principles across development stages.
Responsibilities – Mid Level (3–4 Years Experience)
• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.
• Implement UI components and features based on design specifications.
• Integrate front-end components with backend services using RESTful APIs.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for performance.
Responsibilities – Senior Level (5+ Years Experience)
• Lead front-end development using React to build scalable and responsive interfaces.
• Make architectural decisions and enforce best practices across projects.
• Implement responsive UI designs using modern CSS frameworks and techniques.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and conduct advanced code reviews.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and development best practices within the team.
Required Skills
• Strong experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience integrating APIs and working with RESTful services.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with testing frameworks and code quality practices.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
