Role Description
Job Title: Senior Front-End Developer
Experience: 6+ Years
Location: Pune, Trivandrum
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Front-End Developer with strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and component-based UI development. The role involves building scalable, high-performance web applications, collaborating with design and backend teams, and contributing to reusable UI architectures and design systems.
Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development
- Build modern, responsive web applications using React
- Develop reusable UI components and shared design systems
- Convert Figma/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces
- Implement interactive and dynamic user experiences
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable front-end code
UI Architecture & Performance
- Design and implement component-based front-end architecture
- Implement state management and modular UI structures
- Optimise application performance and improve page load times
- Enhance Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores
- Debug UI issues related to browser rendering and performance
Integration & Collaboration
- Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and content services
- Consume and render content within React components
- Support headless or hybrid CMS implementations
- Work closely with backend and cross-functional teams

Required Technical Skills & Experience
- Strong front-end development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Hands-on experience with React (Angular or Vue is a plus)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working with AEM (aaCS or 6.5+)
- Experience with AEM core components, style system, client libraries, templates, and component policies
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture
- Experience with modern build tools: Webpack, Vite, npm, Node.js
- Strong knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development
- Experience integrating REST APIs and headless CMS
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as AEM, Contentful, Sitecore, Drupal, or similar
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes
- Good understanding of browser rendering, performance optimisation, and debugging
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices
- Experience working with design systems and Figma
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus
Good to Have
- Experience with Angular
- Exposure to cloud-native or scalable front-end deployments
