About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Frontend Developer (Fresher) with a strong eye for design
and attention to detail. You will work closely with designers to bring high-quality UI/UX
concepts to life, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and smooth user experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning design into reality and wants to grow in a
fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Convert UI/UX designs (Figma/Adobe XD) into responsive, high-quality frontend code
● Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs across devices and browsers
● Collaborate closely with designers to understand and execute their vision accurately
● Build reusable components and maintain consistency across the product
● Optimize UI for performance, speed, and scalability
● Debug and fix UI-related issues
Required Skills
● Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
● Good understanding of responsive design
● Experience with React / Vue / Angular (any one is a plus)
● Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
● Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
● Attention to detail and a strong visual sense
Good to Have
● Knowledge of animations (CSS / basic JS)
● Understanding of accessibility (WCAG basics)
● Git/version control basics
● Experience integrating APIs and handling asynchronous data
● Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques
