About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React.js Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications that prioritize user experience, performance, and scalability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects utilizing the latest frameworks and technologies, including Next.js and SSR-enabled React frameworks. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, responsive, and accessible web solutions. The role requires immediate availability and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring timely delivery of projects in a hybrid work environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with React.js in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- Solid experience with Next.js, Remix, or another SSR-enabled React framework.
- Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or React Context.
- Familiarity with headless CMSs, component-based design, and design systems.
- Good understanding of performance optimization and SEO best practices for SSR apps.
- Experience integrating APIs (REST/GraphQL).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Version control with Git.
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows and frontend testing is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing, or user tracking tools is beneficial.
Nice to Have
- Experience with frontend frameworks or tools like Tailwind CSS, Emotion, Styled Components, etc.
- Knowledge of web accessibility and implementation techniques.
- Exposure to containerization (Docker) or cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, etc.).
- Familiarity with internationalization (i18n).
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop modern, user-centric web applications using React, Next.js (or other SSR frameworks).
- Implement server-side rendering (SSR) for SEO optimization and performance enhancement.
- Integrate Headless CMS provider APIs to enable dynamic content management.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform designs into high-quality, responsive user interfaces.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability.
- Maintain and improve frontend architecture and code quality through best practices and regular code reviews.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend systems.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web accessibility standards (WCAG compliance).
- Work closely with backend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure the delivery of robust software solutions.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience.
Note: Immediate joiners are preferred for this role.
