Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Front-End Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing user-facing features using modern front-end technologies, ensuring responsive and accessible design across a variety of devices. You will collaborate closely with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to create high-quality digital products. Day-to-day responsibilities include coding, testing, and optimizing web interfaces while adhering to accessibility standards, and providing input for design and functionality improvements to meet user needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills and experience in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design, including proficiency in frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Understanding and fundamental knowledge of Back-End Web Development and integration with APIs.
- Proficiency in Web Development and Software Development, with a deep understanding of web and app performance optimization and modern development tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.x) and the ability to build code compliant with requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience in cross-team collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with accessibility compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus.
