Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Staff role based in Gurugram. The Front Desk Staff will manage daily operations such as greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure efficient front-desk operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and proficiency in Receptionist Duties
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Basic to intermediate Computer Literacy for handling front desk tools and software
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism
- Previous experience in administrative or front-desk roles is a plus
