Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and organized Front Desk Executive to manage the front desk operations at our Gurgaon branch. The candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors, handling administrative tasks, coordinating with vendors, and supporting daily office operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and reception area of the Gurgaon office.
  • Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and candidates arriving at the office in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and basic coordination with internal teams.
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and visitor logs.
  • Oversee office maintenance and general administration of the branch.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.
  • Ensure the office environment remains organized and presentable at all times.
  • Assist in basic administrative and operational support when required.
  • Conduct cold calling or outreach activities when required by the management.
  • Maintain proper documentation related to office operations, supplies, and vendor services.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication.
  • Professional and presentable personality.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively.
  • Prior experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles will be preferred.


Other Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle visitors and client interactions professionally.
  • Responsible and proactive approach toward office management and administrative duties.
