Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and organized Front Desk Executive to manage the front desk operations at our Gurgaon branch. The candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors, handling administrative tasks, coordinating with vendors, and supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and reception area of the Gurgaon office.
- Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and candidates arriving at the office in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and basic coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and visitor logs.
- Oversee office maintenance and general administration of the branch.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and presentable at all times.
- Assist in basic administrative and operational support when required.
- Conduct cold calling or outreach activities when required by the management.
- Maintain proper documentation related to office operations, supplies, and vendor services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication.
- Professional and presentable personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively.
- Prior experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles will be preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle visitors and client interactions professionally.
- Responsible and proactive approach toward office management and administrative duties.

- Compensation : ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
