We are looking for a bright, personable, and organised Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our studio.
Role Overview
The Front Desk Representative will serve as the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and inquiries at Revivo Interiors. Beyond front desk duties, this role carries added responsibility in supporting our sales process and managing our CRM system — making it an excellent opportunity for someone who is both people-oriented and detail-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Management
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a warm, professional, and brand-consistent manner
- Manage all incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member
- Maintain the reception and studio display area in an organised and visually presentable condition at all times
- Schedule and confirm client appointments, consultations, and design review meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and documentation
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishment
- Maintain visitor logs and client interaction records accurately
CRM Management
- Maintain and update the company CRM system with accurate client data, lead status, and interaction history
- Enter and track all new leads received via walk-ins, phone, social media, and referrals
- Set follow-up reminders and ensure no lead falls through the cracks
- Generate regular reports on lead pipeline, conversion status, and client engagement
- Coordinate with the design and sales team to ensure CRM records reflect current project status
- Manage client lifecycle in the CRM from initial inquiry through project handover
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with preparing client proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Follow up with prospective clients on pending queries, site visit requests, and proposal feedback
- Support lead nurturing efforts through timely and professional communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate client site visits and studio walkthroughs in collaboration with the design team
- Track and report on lead sources, conversion rates, and monthly inquiry volumes
- Assist in executing promotional campaigns, events, and client engagement initiatives
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and support targeted outreach efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, sales support, or client-facing role
- Prior experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Pleasant personality with a confident, client-first attitude
- Interest or prior exposure to interior design, architecture, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage
