Role Description
The Leadgen Telecaller will play a pivotal role in generating and qualifying leads for NoBrokerHood’s services. The responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, explaining product offerings, addressing queries, and documenting lead information. The candidate will also maintain follow-up schedules and hand off qualified leads to the sales team to ensure seamless conversions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru, requiring a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Telecalling, Cold Calling, and Lead Generation techniques
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience, with an understanding of client handling and rapport building
- Organizational and Time Management skills for effective lead tracking and follow-ups
- Familiarity with sales practices and ability to identify customer needs
- Proficiency in English and regional languages (as applicable)
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
