will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling enquiries, conducting site tours, generating and converting leads, maintaining customer relationships, supporting daily operations and administration, resolving client concerns, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a professional, high-quality customer experience aligned with brand standards.
