Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Representative located in Ahmedabad. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling customer inquiries, scheduling and managing reservations, maintaining effective communication with clients, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience. The individual will be the face of the salon, creating a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including answering calls and managing front-desk operations
- Exceptional Customer Service and the ability to handle customer inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing Reservations efficiently
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear interactions with clients and staff
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a salon or service-oriented environment is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
