Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Representative located in Odisha, India. The Front Desk Representative will manage daily receptionist duties, handle incoming phone calls and inquiries with professionalism, assist customers with reservations and scheduling, and deliver exceptional customer service. The representative will act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience in the showroom.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
- Strong Phone Etiquette and experience handling inquiries
- Effective Communication skills and ability to assist with customer Reservations
- Positive and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and reservation software is a plus
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
