Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Front Desk Representative at Arron Insurance Brokers Private Limited. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, reservations, and effective communication. The role requires assisting clients, managing inquiries, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and customer service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle reservations and prioritize tasks
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
