Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to manage the front desk of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Front Desk Receptionist will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth operations of daily office functions.
Job Responsibility:
Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Phone and Email Management: Answer phone calls, route them to the appropriate person or department, and take messages when necessary. Manage the general inbox and forward inquiries to relevant parties.
Visitor Management: Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and notify employees of their guest's arrival.
Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail and coordinate courier services.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the office team, including filing, document preparation, and other tasks as needed.
Data Entry: Update and maintain office databases, records, and documents.
Maintain Office Supplies: Monitor and reorder office supplies as necessary, ensuring the front desk and office areas are stocked and organized.
Facility Management: Ensure that the lobby, reception area, and other public areas are tidy and well-maintained.
Customer Service: Assist clients and employees with inquiries and provide helpful information regarding the office or company.
Qualification & Skills
HSC / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Customer-service oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
